The 2026 Freshmen Stroll Off is looking for dedicated coaches who are ready to guide participants, teach choreography, build team chemistry, and help create an unforgettable experience for the Class of 2026.
As a coach, you will be responsible for helping your team prepare for the competition, maintaining a positive and respectful team environment, communicating important information, and ensuring participants are prepared for practices and the final performance.
Coaches are expected to:
Attend required meetings, practices, and rehearsals.
Teach and organize choreography and formations.
Communicate effectively with participants and event organizers.
Enforce team expectations and maintain professionalism.
Follow all instructions and policies established by the event organizers.
Prioritize participant safety, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
Help create a fun, competitive, and respectful atmosphere.
